Always reserve a car in advance and when we go to pick up they never have anything available and we have to cancel our family trips very disappointing and cars are always dirty when we do get one if we’re lucky

I had to rent a car because I was in an accident, the management staff at Enterprise were so kind and considerate with working with my schedule, and my insurance company, they truly put their customers 1st. I was extremely satisfied with their service which was above and beyond what one can expect when renting a car. They made a bad situation somewhat less dramatic, and I thank them for all their kindness.

There is a small box labeled "return to a different location" under pick up location field. Click on that box and it will allow you to change the return location.
Yes, but only from certain branches, like in Chula Vista, and the one near F Street in Downtown San Diego. Such rentals require additional Mexican insurance that can be purchased at said branches for about $35/day (not including US insurance).

Do you have rentals to go as far as South Dakota?
Yes, you pay a one way drop off fee for that.....it doesn't matter where the end destination is
There are fees whenever you drop off at a different location than where you picked up. Im sure they can tell you more about the specifics at the location.
