DO NOT TAKE YOUR RV TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY REPAIRS! The service manager, Kevin, has no customer service. We made our appointment at the end of June to bring our Newmar King Aire in on August 9th because the hydraulic pump went out. When we arrived, Kevin had no idea why we were there, even though we emailed him on multiple occasions, and even included our Good Sam Extended Warranty paperwork in the email. Every time we called for an update, they kept saying their Newmar tech hasn’t had time to diagnose the situation. If their a Newmar dealer, wouldn’t you think they would have more then one Newmar tech? Needless to say, here we are almost a month later having to pick it up without it being repaired. They lie, and they don’t know what they’re doing, and the service manager doesn’t either! I would give this place a negative rating but that’s not available.

Went to their website and submitted a service request. Didn't hear from them so I called. That is when I was told that I didn't hear back from them because they are NOT taking "outside" customers. If they don't even have the curtesy to email or call you and tell you that they can't/won't help you it doesn't inspire confidence in their overall practices and abilities.

I was staying nearby and had some battery troubles with my RV. I walked here from the campground for some help and advice. My question was, Can you jumpstart a car battery with an RV deep cell/marine battery? These guys did NOT help at all. Wouldn't answer any questions claiming they didn't know. The service advisor was in a meeting, and after the meeting was going out to lunch and I could call him back after 1pm. Really? They couldnt take my number and call me back when the meeting was over? It was a yes or no answer. I went elsewhere. I'd recommend you do as well.
