We love Grand Appliance, the staff are extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Recently our wall oven stopped working and I was dreading the process of navigating replacing it. We went to Grand the next day and I am very glad we did, we got fast, helpful advice and I'm grateful we went there rather than another place where perhaps we'd not get such immediate, tailored attention.
