Recently I ordered flowers for a friend who was hospitalized suddenly. Randy told me they could not deliver to the ICU but that he would make sure she got them. He called the hospital daily for a week until she had a regular room, then delivered the order. In fact, he was the first in our group to find out her room number - he was more persistent than any of us!
