As this place is a chain restaurant it's still really good and all their food is tasty. But I'm giving it a solid 3 stars for the fact that it seems like every week I go their registers are down and they close their doors for some inconvenient reason. Seems to happen on a regular basis. Don't understand that.

Mixed up my order somehow (ticket was correct). Annoying for a chain that usually does things right. Maybe a new manager? Typically they have a manager who checks the order before sending it out. Manager should do better. Then they filled other orders (with same ingredients) before fixing mine. Took longer to resolve the issue than it took to get the wrong order. Then that order was wrong. Manager (redacted) claimed it matched the original order: I asked for him to explain, showing him the original tag. He refuse. It was an app order. He just flat out lied about how they messed it up. 40 minutes to get it close enough to leave. They never got it to what I ordered. 5/21/22 1:01pm original order. I wouldn't return to this location. [Manager] should probably be retrained.

Burgers and fries were good as usual. The 2 stars are because of my teenage son's bad experience with the cashier (a young lady). When he asked her for a cup to get water, she refused to give him one saying "we don't give water cups". Excuse me!!?? That is a restaurant and getting free tap water when ordering a meal is a given. My son does not drink pop. How was he suppose to drink water? With his hands? He did not want to insist or make a scene, but that kind of arrogance from a cashier is unacceptable. That business runs on high school kids, so treat them right, please. They are paying customers, you known!

They close down machines before closing and then can't refund the order asking you to go to the website. Then the our order did not come with a reciept, making it more difficult / impossible to get a refund. Not acceptable.Laura, we are very sorry that you have had this experience.
