Scamming business. They give a free three day pass. I took my time and showed up. They said I had to pay $20 for the pass. The room was dark with million machines and people with low ceilings and no air. No thank you!

Had my doubts I would stay with 24 post COVID because of some bad manners at front desk and some uncleanly smell inside locker/ shower/ spa areas. Few months after Covid the gym had new staff and everything smelled clean. Great turn around and even a a few new machines. I would now recommend this place .

Good rating for the gym facilities but bad rating for membership. I was recently charged 49.99 even though I signed up for 39.99 per month. I wasn’t informed about this fee change. Secondly, sales trainer Kam had the audacity to call me arrogant just because I wanted to work out by myself. I hope I don’t see her again.

Such a gross gym, smells, always dirty, staff doesnt clean at all. Bathrooms are disgusting (photos attached), feces on walls and urine all over toilets and floors. Staff are always on their phone. Machines are always malfuntioning or not working. No maintainance. Yesterday (thursday 6/30) they had no paper towels throughout the gym i was told they wouldnt have any until tuesday 7/5. So you cant even wipe down machines before and after use. This is an ongoing issue i was a member for 9months and always telling them about the issues at the gym but nothing changes. I been trying forever to cancel my gym membership and they make it extremely difficult. I finally was able to and I cancelled my membership. Do not go to this gym.

Some people remove their shoes and socks and leave them inside the steam room and sauna. We really have some nasty people.
Yes on the DL and Squat racks/platforms: they have 3 and they’re the same as other 24 Hour Fitness with a wood center platform (for your feet) and soft/foam sides (for the plates). There’s an astroturf area in the center that I think has little wagons you can add weight and big ropes. No stones or yokes that I’ve seen.
Class schedules are available in the gym and online.
They have curtains at this location. No towel service though.
Anyway Hillsdale is the best. Just go there I do.
I don't know after all the years of going there since they seem to change quite often.
