This location is always super busy. I trade off between locations because some have different equipment to utilize. The staff has always been friendly to me. My only complaint is replenishing the sanitizer and paper towels more often. I see the staff replacing them while I’m there but sometimes the spray nozzles are broken. Thankful everyone takes responsibility and cleans up after themselves. I usually clean the machines before I use them to ensure I’m working out on a clean machine.

This is one of the most disgusting gyms I ever seen. Every single equipment has dust and hair under it collecting. Don’t even get me started in that bathroom. Idk how they work here and not do anything about this. Just waiting for mold to start growing and then law suits start happening. Wish the CEO can see this, would not be happy at all.

when I work out at this gym and met a guy harass me, portend he has a boyfriend and want to workout together, then sent me his half naked pictures, I tried to block him and ignore him when I work out, but he wait outside at the front door of gym when I walk out. I felt scare and helpless. I reported to gym manager- Dennis, he promised that he will take care of it and try to do something for me, he said his staff will help on me but when I showed up there, his staff didn't know anything and didn't informed by his manager. This gym's attitude doesn't show any caring on woman's safety and doesn't try to do anything for woman. Gym manager even said that guy doesn't hurt my body, he can't do anything, but it is harassment injury on mental health, even traumatized feel scary and uncomfortable when I go to gym. This gym discriminate against woman and Asian, woman's safety shouldn't treated by small thing, and this gym not recommend for woman who want to workout safely and happily.

Not a safe place to be had car keys locked in locker during 1hour workout. Lock was cut and my car was stolen. Not the first time this has happened at this location according to police. Very overcrowded and at 50 usd per month the pricing is outrageous. Your better off working out at home with push-ups pull-ups using water jugs as dumbless running for cardio etc than risking your health and property at this location. All I have to say is thank God I was not in the locker room as my car keys where getting stolen because the guy would have seen me as a threat and seriously injured me to get my possessions to pawn off to a corrupted mechanic so he can spend 500 usd for drugs. U have been warned this stuff happens in the bad parts of San Jose.
