Friendly staff and a GREAT gym. It's not crowded. It's COVID safe and they have so many machines that are free that you can work out without any issues.

I like the low volume of people at this time , even at their busiest. The staff was very helpful and Rex made it easy for me to decide if this gym was for me. He was very informative and did not pressure me in anyway. Highly recommend this gym.

The facility temperature is way to hot. This place either doesn’t have Air conditioning or they have it and choose not to run it.

They are usually open on a Holiday but close early around 3pm I think. You could call to verify first. Good luck
