The person working the pharmacy in the morning is either very busy or very rude. Nonetheless they could say “please hold” instead of hanging up on me. All I’m trying to do is order my moms medicine. I called the general store and spoke to a supervisor Elena. She then has to walk over and make sure they answer the phone. Mind you it’s been 10 mins and I’m still in hold. I’ll just have to take my moms business elsewhere. What a shame rite aid. Very sad to see this long time store/pharmacy go down the drain like this.

It takes a long time to get a prescription filled. Like a day long. I don’t think they are messing around. They look busy. Def looks like they can use more support. Also, I came when the metal door was halfway down. No one acknowledged me until I went up to an employee only to be told the pharmacist was on lunch. They should put a sign so customers are aware of the hold up.
