Dr rose left me with unanswered questions that I had. I did not feel cared for, I felt like she was rushing me with the questions that I had. She was in the room for 2 minutes as I was waiting for over an hr.

If you come for covid test these ladies here are very un welcoming and rude . They just sit there on the phone go back and fourth in the clinic . so rude to me and i really need a this test for my daughter and dont know where else to go to get tested . Employees espicially health workers should not be treating people this way

This morning my 9 month pregnant wife showed up to her appointment at 9pm... and it took her 2 minutes to walk from parking to main office... they had no compassion at all for her being 2 minutes late and told her she would have to reschedule her appointment, which is very important to the health of our baby and her as well! Seems like they only care about getting through their work day as fast as possible! I just feel that there should have been a little more compassion on there part! Hope this gets to the people who needs to see this!
