I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Ive been bringing my son to rsd boxing for 4 months now and he has learned so much. My son loves it too. Its a very clean boxing gym with a team oriented atmosphere. Terry is a great trainer and has helped my son grow his boxing skills very efficiently. If you or your child are interested in learning how to box or are looking for a new gym, this is the place. P.S. rsd boxing is probably one of the most affordable gyms in the area.

I have been a member of RSD boxing since mid 2015. The atmosphere at this boxing gym compared to others is so wonderful and really feels like we are all 1 big family. I was nervous coming to a boxing gym at first (having no experience boxing at all), but there are so many different levels of experience here, it's great! And it doesn't hurt that this is the most affordable gym between el cajon, spring valley, and la mesa! I would recommend RSD Boxing to anyone in the area looking for an amazing workout with a great instructor! P.S.---Even the owner, Alan, shows up and says hi to everyone and helps hold mitts for us. Such a great guy!
