I come here because of the staff. The folks working here are incredibly nice and super, super helpful. Prices aren't cheap, but important to remember that it's brick and mortar plus Santa Barbara real estate. Again, it's the awesome help provided by those that work here that keep me coming back.

I want to do a body analysis If I work out at 8am and drink water how long should I wait to come in to use the body analysis machine if I want an accurate reading?

Hey Scott! Great question. I wouldn’t recommend working out at all before using the scale for the most accurate reading. The extra blood pumped into your muscles during the workout will cause a false muscle mass reading for a good amount of time even hours after the workout. It’s best to try and use the scale on your non workout day. If you must come on a day you train give yourself at least 6 hours after training.
