I’m visiting the area for work and had a terrible hair emergency last night - my hair got tangled in a round brush and created a horrible matted knot. I desperately called the salon as they were still open and they were able to see me no questions asked. They were compassionate to my stressful situation and kept calm and thankfully were able to work through the knot in under 2 hours (Jules stayed late past closing to help me!). If I lived in the area, I would go to this salon for everything! Trust them with my life moving forward :).

One of the most disastrous treatments I ever received!! A 3 month ordeal and thousands of $$ wasted, what started as a nice consult with Adair stylist for extensions and color soon turned into my hair being stripped of all color WHY never had in 25 years of coloring and turning white, Colored my hair again and again never taking to the new color she put in the extensions which cost $1,450 in wrong then several attempts granted at N/C but always wrong and the stylist I first used not available with other stylist having to jump in to help fix what was done wrong in the first place !! The absolute worst is when the color never taking we changed the color to go darker the stylist attempted to color, well the extensions now ruined (see pic's) cause they have a seal on them the stylist never told me otherwise. This story goes on and on but in short don't waste your time or money at Salon Adair!!! I give a F-

I absolutely loved the vibes in this place, it was a chill environment that was really comforting, especially as a person who has never been to a salon. Aly was my hairdresser and she did an absolutely wonderful job, especially the fact I cut off most of my hair! I totally recommend this place to anyone in the area!
