I’m using one of my company emails to create this review to protect my identity but if I could I wouldn’t put down one star for this “facility” I have called this place everyday since last Monday to schedule an assessment to go over my benefits and to see what programs would be best for me. I spoke to the admissions coordinator last Monday she asked me for my first and last name and nothing else which was strange and then told me a therapist would be calling me the next day to do my assessment and to go over finances I told her that I didn’t have insurance but I’d love to get more info about my payment options because I would have to pay out of pocket….mind you this call is solely for a once maybe twice a week outpatient. I have been in recovery, I’ve work in recovery specifically ADMISSIONS and case management and I’m stunned and disgusted that their process is so disingenuous and uncaring. I don’t know if this actually is their process and I hope to god it is not because there’s no way they’re making any hopefully it’s just an employee they need to make sure they fire immediately.I want help But not From this place this is ridiculous

I was extremely lucky I was referred to the barc in coral springs for a 30 day program. After a every day 30 + year drinking problem I was able with the grace of God too, stop drinking 100 percent and now for 12+ years and able to finally finish my reming years on this planet with at least some type of peace and happiness. Thank God for barc..YES it works if you give it a chance.

Not while in detox
Go to the broward hospital on andrews ave and ask for Ebony.
Nothing. Just go to the hospital.
Alcohol is one of the more dangerous substances to detox from, especially 48-72 hours after your last drink. It's usually 8 days, of medically assisted detox. This does not include any quarantine days currently required, due to Covid-19 testing, (+1-2 days for your test to come back from the lab). Also, once detox is complete, most people continue on to a rehab facility or a program. BARC's IRT, (In-patient Rehabilitation Treatment), requires 2 weeks of quarantining at the detox facility, followed up by 60 days at their facility. This is often followed by a half-way house. However, there are MANY options... There's just detox; Or, detox followed by an in-patient facility, ranging from 30 days to 6 months. Some places specialize in dual-diagnosis, for people with mental health or HIV needs; Or, there's detox followed by an outpatient program. BARC's counselors help you determine which option works best for you, based upon your circumstances. It all starts by calling them 😁
I dont think so.
This is definitely the right place
No. They will ween you off with patches over 2 weeks.
Yes. They detox you using suboxone and other things such as muscle relaxers.
IRT is as you are done with their protocol for detox and bed availability at IRT
Bct route 6
Not if you live in Broward and are unable to pay. Even the 60 day residential treatment and intensive outpatient treatment are free. You just need the desire and willingness to accept help.
Yes they have an Intensive outpatient program
No need to do something bad and be court ordered. If you are a Broward county resident, detox and residential treatment are free if you are unable to pay. Just get to detox very early and sign in as they admit on a first come basis. I would get there like 4 am. Good for you and your willingness to get help. Make a change in your world Shelly.
5 to 7 days but everyone is different. Some stay longer.
They have a 60 day residential treatment facility in Coral Springs and then outpatient treatment in Fort Lauderdale. We are fortunate Judge Booher was a insightful and caring man.
