I have been generally pleased with Quest. Some of the phlobotomists are fantastic; very difficult profession. All of the staff continue to make changes to improve the efficiency. With the last 2 years of Covid-19 issues, i think they are doing great! I find that most times I am there it is some patients who are rude and impatient.

I am a very difficult, hard, stick. My veins are like babies. So It is challenging to get blood from me. Being diabetic means blood work every 90 days. The lab Tech's have been very good with me. They are attentive and listen to my suggestions and experiences. Which is a real plus. I have have had bad experiences with this problem in the past, so have some anxiety when ever I have to get a blood test. But this Quest has very good staff. I have always had very good experiences here.

We had a great experience, the nurse lady was very kind and she was super skilled. My husband didn't feel a thing and it was over very fast. The check in process is fast and done on a tablet at the front. We didn't wait at all because we had an appointment.
