Their support is stellar. Yes, there were a few issues initially setting up my payroll, but their support team was always VERY quick to help out and get it resolved. They followed up with phone calls and made sure everything was in place and my first payroll ran on time. In this digital era, being able to call a human being on the phone and get a response is top priority and Paychex meets that expectation with flying colors.

We lost our bookkeeper of 20+ years to a stroke in the middle of our busiest season. I called PayChex, who I had used in another state, to take care of our payroll. Savannah Stanley replied immediately and offered to come to our office and help. Knowledgeable, patient and extremely efficient; our guardian angel, Savannah had us set up in about 2 hours. The process was seamless, and our employees had their checks that week. I am extremely happy with paychex and their services. If you are in SWF, call Savannah Stanley if you need payroll help. I have been having trouble with this company since last year. They have a high employee turnover rate, which delays the customer service for account. They claim to want to partner with accountants and tax professionals, but their lack of customer service makes you look bad with your clients. They have very aggressive sale tactics , which turns off your clients. I have had to call supervisors to have them talk to their worker's comp, medical benefits, or retirement salesmen to stop harassing my clients and that they would call back when they were interested. They only seem to worry about quotas. Speaking of which, they messed up my 401k plan I had with them. In spite of signed authorization, they mad no contribution and were just charging me fees. I asked them to cancel my account with a full refund since JANUARY 2022. They are still billing me. The company they are selling retirement accounts for will not intervene. It looks like I will have to make a call to the FTC because now we are dealing with possible fraud. I switched my clients over to another company that's professional, not aggressive, and upfront with all of their fees.

I assume Paychex processes your company's PR in 2017? If so, I would contact your payroll department, tell them what you need, and they will con tact Paychex. It's a pretty simple process.
