My experience has been complex. I went to be treated by Doctor Angelo Gousse and I did not meet him. I was always treated by a young Latina named Laura Prado who is very kind and didactic, however I object that patients go in search of the experience and reputation of Doctor Gousse. They see too many patients at the same time and in the office located in Aventura it is very small and the bathrooms are very dirty, full of urine from all the patients and with a very bad appearance. I counted in the second consultation more than 20 patients waiting and I was sitting for 3 hours to be attended by the young Prado who is new. On the other hand, I have asked them no less than 4 times to give me a report on my case and there is no way or way to deliver it for that reason I have not been able to carry out my pelvic floor treatment since the insurance does not approve me physiotherapies if the report.

The mistake I made was not looking at the review before I went there. I'm literally in the parking lot writing this. Emma is rude, she wasn't a professional, I don't have it in me to write doctor a front of her name, that's how bad it was, No patience, she gets annoyed when I ask questions like I'm not supposed to ask questions, she's rushing to get out of the room, she doesn't care about her patients at all, her assistant told her I wasn't feeling well because I was vomiting and she came to the room and don't say anything at all, she talked loud so other people outside hear the private conversation, I really feel like she was screaming at me, she got an attitude, no manners at all. To a point I just stay quiet in the room. Her treatment plan was to send me to another doctor. I just don't understand what happened today at all. No compassion.....the only person that was nice at the office was the assistant nurse, she's a lovely lady, she tried to help me when I was vomiting......I guess business is business, as long as the money coming in, they don't care.....BE AWARE, JUST HORRIBLE.
