Receptionist isn't pleasant. Sometimes she's nice other times nope. You never know the environment you're walking into. She is always dishonest about appointment availability. And, now they make it so that you can't make you appointments online. Which was my way to avoid the unnecessarily unhelpful interactions with her. Some of the techs are good. Just have to find the one that specializes in what you like.

I went last week and the person who did my nails doesn't know how to do a design. She did the basic color and I have to do the design by myself. I went to Walgreens after that to buy some nail arts to do it myself. The dip in powder usually last 3 weeks but it last 4 days. I don't know if the materials are bad or what but I am very disappointed and expensive for what it is.

I mean every time I walked in with my whole family it only took an hour for us to get in and out of there. Every other time I’ve walked in just me it only look 15-20 minutes to call me

Yes but charge an arm and a leg. If you want anything done to your nails besides the standard nail polish they are going to charge you. When I went it was $10 for gel polish and you can only get a design or effect if you are getting gel nail polish.
