Worst service I've ever experienced at a pharmacy. I waited in line for half an hour to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready for pickup. There was a line of over 20 people. Only two employees and they are extremely slow. Soaring corporate profits and this is how they treat people? Shop local instead!

It is astonishing that I will get two calls in a row saying that my prescription and i will call to confirm it is ready then I get here and they have not even processed it yet. Waste of time. This entire store should be shut down. Why am I waiting 48 hours for a prescription they said was ready?

The most unprofessional and untrained pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They yell out the name of your medicine violating HIPAA law. And then have an attitude when you tell them that’s a violation. They’ve given me the incorrect dosage of meds and then told me I wouldn’t be able to switch it for the correct amount as I’ve already picked it up. In which I had to contact their corporate office in order to get the correct medicine. The pharmacy staff keeps you on hold for 15-20 minutes when you call and then hangs up on you to avoid providing assistance. Your medicine is never ready for pick up when it’s sent in from your doctor. You have to actually go into the pharmacy, and THEN they’ll fill it causing you to wait up until 30 minutes. Oh and if they’re out of stock on your meds, they don’t call you to let you know, you’ll also have to go in to find that out as well. In which you have to wait another 2-3 days for it to be restocked. When you speak to the head pharmacist themselves about the lack of customer service, they don’t care. It’s simply terrible how this Walgreens pharmacy treats its customers. They don’t care about their jobs either, hence the constant rotation of new assistants.

Slow pharmacy, so so slow. A dozen people on line and only one person on front desk staff, both taking payments and then going to the back to pull the items off the shelf. It’s a Saturday morning, come on you should run this better. Going to use the small family pharmacy from now on.
