Eliminate the option of calling from website and app...the wait time is horrific and never get help. Poor management is who I blame. Im certain people have complained but nothing is being done.This by far is the worst walgreens ever for pharmaceutical needs.

You need to take the phone# off your location because it makes no sense, where one can call and be on the line for more than 30minutes. And when you go to the location for your COVID text you are told to queue with the cars in the Drive Through for your text. This is unacceptable on so many levels. Whoever is the manager of this store needs to sit up because there are so many things allowed to happen in this location. You need to train the employees to understand where they are and why they are there. Thank you. Walgreens is my favorite pharmacy, but this experience has really changed my perception about them. What a SHAME.

This is the worst Walgreens location. The wait line is 15-20 minutes minimum, their computers don’t work most of the time and the employees are walking around doing nothing most of the time. They don’t accept a lot of insurance for pharmacies. I got the wrong order more than two times and won’t refund, so placing an online order is useless. Don’t waste your time going there.
