Store on Westchester and Longwood closest to me closed forcing extra travel to this alternate location that was totally poor service

I’m not entirely sure how to say this. Because even this star system doesn’t fit what I want to say. I can tell a lot of consumers while at the store where irritable and rude. Because we have to sit there and wait because all the pharmacy items are under lock and key. And when I went there was only two reps on the floor trying to hurry to the next person who needed something while trying their best to remain as professional as possible when there’s clear individuals who come to store just to steal from it. This system is just terrible for both consumer and employee. Fahmida tried her best to help me but she is only one of 2 people when there was so many people waiting to be helped. I think rite aid needs to hire more staff to relieve the stress of the workers if the pharmacy is just gonna put lock and key on almost every single aisle. The staff is stuck with having to deal with the cards they’re dealt with and the cards in question are pretty lousy. I’m thankful for Fahmida for going above and beyond but I won’t lie and say I want to experience a store under lock and key again if I can help it. Yikes :(
