I've been coming to this pharmacy for 4 years and unfortunately it's heading in a downward spiral. Empty shelves, poor customer service, incorrect quantities of medications, I could go on. The location is convenient but I think it's time to consider another pharmacy for my future needs.

Extremely horrible service. Do the employees even work? The pharmacy area even worse, 3 employees behind there and not one would even try to make eye contact with you knowing there’s a line of 10 people and know that they haven’t attended to one. Considering the times we are in, COVID regulations are not even foreseen at this location (social distance mapping). I’ve lived in the neighborhood all my life and I think this rite aid has definitely changed and not for the better. Also, tell your employees if this isn’t their field of interest to at least use it as a stepping stone and smile and be courteous until you get to where you want to be. It isn’t the customers fault you work at rite aid.

I wanted to give it a 0 but I cant so instead I give it a 1. I'm starting to think no one actually works here. I have been trying to call to get my prescription filled and I cant get a hold of anyone. When I went in to get my prescription there was no explanation of that fact that some of my medication was not in my bag or acknowledgment that it was put back on the shelf at all. Like is there a system for things like this or am I just asking for to much. I started trying to call this pharmacy tonight at 6pm they close at 8pm I don't understand why there is not at least one person in the who store (that close as 12am) to answer the Phone

The customer service is horrible. You make the line on the pharmacy to get your medicine and there’s 4 people behind the counter and unless you say something they will ignore that you are there. 3 times in a row I’ve been here to pick up …
