Over priced rip off. Bad customer service. I paid for interior detailing and cleaning of my two front seats only. Just bought a vehicle that was trashed on the inside. I had to take out the majority of the trash myself in the beginning. They took my vehicle told me it would take an hour. 30 minutes later I got my vehicle back with wet seats. That’s it. Nothing was cleaned at all. I complained and some type of manager or employee didn’t even bother fixing the problem and said the package I purchased doesn’t clean what I asked for. I paid full price to clean the front half. It should. The remainder of the trash left in the vehicle, I had to throw the trash out myself. Huge rip off. I immediately got scam vibes when I dropped the vehicle off and when I went to pay. Scam vibes confirmed once I received my vehicle. Looked over the reviews. Most are fake. Some even caught the owner posing as a customer and leaving positive reviews. Will not return to this location. I’m out $70 and will now have to go to another place to get my interior and now wet seats cleaned by actual professionals.

I went to this car wash today and got the $13 wash. My car was absolutely filthy after the wash. It looked worse than before I had it washed including black sticky streaks on it. I know I could’ve gotten a cleaner car from wiping my car …Dear Alison, I apologize for your experience with the car wash today, and have voided your card transaction so you will not see a charge for today's wash. From your description, it sounds like you were the unfortunate recipient of what I call an "asphalt film", which is a light coating of oily substance from newer asphalt paving (usually deposited during a rainy period), and which interferes with the touchless car wash process. Literally, the soap can't penetrate this until it is removed. Fortunately, it is fairly easy to remove with a little bit of friction --either a hand wash with sponge or soft cloth, or leave the car wet and wipe down with an old towel. Once the film has been removed, you can go back to touchless car washing without issue. I hope you will give us another chance -- we appreciate our customers and look forward to doing our best for them at all times.
