I was in and got a cut from O. A mistake was made with the first charge and I asked for it to be canceled and run again. When I got home I realized both charges had been run. I didnt catch it at the time and this is my fault. I called and spoke with Ivory who scoffed at me until I asked for her supervisor. She spoke with her supervisor and I was promised a check would be mailed to me as this was the only solution. I agreed. It has been almost a month and no check. I called again. Ivory was not in. I spoke with Julie who said she knew exactly who I was as Ivory was"talking about me all day" I left a message. It wasn't returned. I have called again and left another message, we shall see. Bottom line, if you want to enter a den of junior high mean girls who have obviously never made a mistake in their life for a mediocre haircut you might want to give it a try. Otherwise stay clear!

Worst service Ever. I went there today for the first time and the service was worst. The old lady I don’t know her name she was smoking before she did my brows and the smell was soo annoying!!! She even messed up my eyebrows.. never ever coming back to this location and will tell everybody not to visit this place EVER !!
