Great Hardware store! They always have everything you need. Sometimes they can be a little more expensive but its the convenience and service you pay for. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful always putting the customer first. I highly recommend shopping here

I live in the area and choose to spend my money here because I would rather support a local shop and because I live close. That said the customer service is terrible. Employees follow and watch me in the aisle. I’m a middle aged tattooed guy (which is not uncommon in 2022) but they definitely treat me differently. I don’t know if shoplifting is a big problem in this affluent neighborhood but they treat me like they assume I’m there to steal. I live a block away and come in often for large and small items (I spent $70 there today). It’s a small store, sometimes I have a specific item to pick up, sometimes I’m problem solving to fix something. The vibe is always uncomfortable. The teenage and college-age employees are usually fine, it’s the slightly older folks that always give me a hard time and treat me like I shouldn’t be there - hurry up and get what you need and get out. I wish shopping here was more friendly, I always leave feeling crummy and question if it’s worth returning.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had in a hardware store. Greeted upon arrival, sent me right to the aisle I needed and had assistance in one minute. The staff and service is extremely friendly, helpful, welcoming and genuine. The only small hardware store I’ll ever need to visit again.
