They advertise a sales items and when you log on to order it looks like they are having server problems in fact they don't have the item.. another item that you don't want no server problems. Website sucks

Be wary of the price stickers on products when you check out. Big red sale price sticker above product was not what was rung up at checkout. A difference of 10.00 dollars. Fairly significant IMO. No real savings or deals to be had at this store. Chewy was cheaper, but unfortunately I needed it now, so I guess that's the price I had to pay. I'll plan better in the future and won't be returning.

They are currently redoing the inside to be more navigable. Love their connection with local cat adoption agencies. Wish they had more live food options for reptiles. Has always been our go to pet supply store for all my boys pets - turtles, budgies, cockatiel, cats, gerbils, hamsters, gecko, etc

Every employee wears masks, and all the baskets are sanitized after use. They also have hand sanitizer at the cash register if I remember correctly as well.
