Incredibly disappointed by the salon services I received this last weekend! I got a haircut and a keratin treatment, and spent $300. My haircut is uneven, and my hair is frizzier now than it was before the keratin treatment. My stylist was nice, but she wasn’t super professional. She kept talking trash about other stylists working at a different location. I will never go back to that location, and may never use Ulta’s salon services again. If I were comfortable with confrontation, I’d go back and ask for a refund. What a waste of time and money!

Ulta you need to hire better people your employees are the rudest people they can’t be judging people if there not going in the to get make up what if there going in there to get hair dye you guys are like very judge mental

Worst location. The shelves are poorly stocked. Last few times I went to the store they were short staffed and needed to close early at 5pm. My visit today they were closing early and I was notified that payments are cash only, card cannot be used. Disappointed every trip.
