This place is very helpful and welcoming. They did oil change and inspected my car and was very patient and informative regarding my failed inspections. They gave helpful advices. These guys are awesome, being in the automotive industry myself this shop truly stood behind everything they claimed. Alex (manager), Emma (tech) as well as the other technicians stayed late to finish my vehicle even after more problems arose during the repair process. I wish I could give the professionalism, respect, and honesty 10 stars. It’s very rare to find a repair shop that’s willing to accept challenging repairs especially on my particular vehicle. This shop was the only place that I could find within 30 miles to work on my vehicle in a timely fashion. The entire staff is very positive and great at what they do. Look no further if you need some tlc on any vehicle!

So, we took the car in for inspection. Shop said their machine had been running slow all day and that it would be about an hour. Not a major problem as we had other things to do anyway. Left the car and also requested the tires be rotated. about an hour and some minutes later we receive a call that the car is all ready to be picked up. however they where unable to do the inspection as their machine is now down and doesn't work. They did however rotate the tires. we go to pick up the car and asked while we where there if they checked the pressure on the tires. they said they did and they added air to one of the tires. This was a complete lie. OR! whom ever did the work thought they added air. all the tires where at the same pressure as they where when we took the car in. Including the one tire we knew needed air. the TSP system shows that tire at 28 PSI. I don't understand how they can simply over look something that the car tells them and how they can look at us and tell us they added air and all the tires are fine when in fact this is just not true. I now have distrust and will likely never return to their shop. I don't let untrustworthy people touch my cars.
