I had a great experience with Crossroads Ford of Kernersville. The friendly staff worked very well with me, they even delivered a car 2+ hours away for a test drive because I couldn't make the drive. Purchasing the car was a quick and easy transaction (in my driveway!) Would recommend buying from this dealership. I'll be checking there inventory next time I buy another vehicle.

Long time Ford customer. Submitted a request for an "Internet Price" on Ford's website. This dealer called and offered a price with a $15,000 surcharge. So disingenuous, and manipulative. Better to not call rather than send this buyer to another dealer, in another point in time. I understand the current economy, but change your prices to reflect your asking price. Thanks!

I reserved a Ford Bronco in May of 2021 and placed an order for a MY2022 in October of the same year. I took delivery of my new Bronco yesterday and the transaction could not have been smoother. Everyone is always friendly, and I had good conversations with GM John, Sales Manager Zach, Sales Consultant Randy, and Financing Consultant Jason. The dealership honored MSRP and I drove away very happy with my new vehicle and experience.

Um, yeah.....If I could give them a higher than 5-star rating I would. I found my vehicle online and contacted them after hours from 2000 miles away. Immediately the next morning, I was contacted and put in touch with Chris who was very professional from the start. He communicated regularly and answered all my questions with honesty and integrity. He even provided me with a video call so I could see the vehicle features in action and was upfront about a couple of VERY minor cosmetic issues that didn't show up in the photos. We made a very fair deal and I flew to NC from AZ to make the purchase. I was picked up by their driver, David who was waiting for me at the airport. During the 90 min. drive to the dealer, David also represented well with great conversation and a professional demeanor. Upon arrival at the dealer, I was welcomed like family, met Chris in person who then introduced me to Brian who walked me though the bells and whistles on the on the test drive. The icing on the cake was Angie in finance who made me laugh more than once and make the financing/paperwork painless. On departure, Chris told me that he ordered me a touch-up pen from Ford to help hide the minor blemishes.....which were by no means a deal maker....but the gesture was a nice touch. During the beginning miles of the journey home with my new truck, I received a text from my SHUTTLE DRIVER....David, who followed up with me on my experience. Overall, I found the Crossroads team to be humble, hardworking, honest and forthright. All of them have been working there for several years which I found to be impressive and unique for a car dealership. Team longevity along with being closed on Sunday only reinforces to me what this dealer finds to be important in life.... Their moral compass resonated with me and that's why I decided to make the trek I did....and after dealing with other dealers across the nation I had narrowed my search down to....I have ZERO REGRETS about my choice. I LOATHE the stiff, long white sleeve dress shirt and tie fancy pants dealers with cheesy gimmicks and fancy showrooms....this group is a 180 from that concept and have something uniquely special going that those dealers could learn from. I am humbled and blessed to have found them.
