Not sure about the park, but there is a wizard dance tonight at the library/Veridian center for adults

Hours are posted and patrolled by West Jordan police my recommendation don't violate park rules
When I was there for the car show, some people were walking around with dog's..so I think so, make sure it's leashed
I believe you can do both. If you use the pavilion it's all yours. I have been to Birthday party's there when you just bring in your own seating etc.
