This is by far one of the worst companies to work for. First off they pay new employees more than older employees and they MAKE people train others whom make more money than them. And if you are a manager it’s even worse. If you ended up sick and needed a different day off than the split days they make you have, they will tell you to fall in or fall out. (EXACT WORDS FROM CORPORATE) THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES BEWARE WHEN THINKING ABOUT EMPLOYMENT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Still waiting on an item they never shipped. They have told me 5 times a supervisor will email me within 24 hours. That was everyday last week. Still no contact from them, only contact is initiated by me calling everyday for a resolution. Each time ive been put on hold for 25 minutes only to be told a supervisor would contact me within 24 hrs. Half were by phone half were by text chat so neither option was helpful. But most importantly I've been charged for an item they told me they didn't ship but need a supervisor to correct. Yet the customer service dept claim supervisors Matt Gator and Kay were notified yet I've heard from none of them.

On April 8th I purchased a gun. The salesperson was clearly on commission although he was polite. He told me it would take approximately 10 business days for the background check to get through, possibly a bit longer. That they would email me when it went through. I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. I contacted the gun desk and spoke to a salesman who tried to sell me a gun clip. Instead of getting my name and checking to see if the background check had cleared. He pretty much cut me off and said that I would get an email when it's done. And then hung up. So I waited two more weeks. I called today,May 13th. I reached a salesman at the gun desk. He didn't know what was going on? He said he didn't even see the paperwork on it. I told him I had the receipt right here. I had paid in cash. Then he found the paperwork. And he told me to call back when the manager was in after 1. Why isn't the manager calling me back? I call back after 1. The manager, Mike Parker was very unprofessional and didn't seem the least bit interested in helping me to figure out was going on. Put me on hold so that he can go find his computer. 15 minutes into the call I got rerouted to the gun desk again. Then I'm rerouted to the operator. I asked for the manager of the store. A few minutes later somebody picks up, doesn't identify himself, I think he said,"John". He went on using their internal language, the gun this, the gun that, it's locked, Etc. I told him I did not understand what he is saying. And then he basically told me that the gun had been put back on the shelf and sold. And that he wasn't even sure if a background check has been done. Fraud and theft, much? Is this like a side thing they got going on over there? He didn't apologize he didn't explain to me how this happened. When I asked him what happened? Did the ball get dropped? He said he didn't know and that he would have to go read the emails. Really? Well don't hurt yourself. He said I would have to come in and start the paperwork over again. I asked him why would I do that? He hadn't given me any explanation for what it what had happened. And why would I put myself through this again? Still no apology. Nothing. Very suspicious activity among other things. Stay away.

Spent time to give a comprehensive unbiased review of one of the products they were selling. In fact I had problems with the product, did a warranty on it, and the second one was bad too. People have a right to know. My review was the only real review in the bunch. it was also a 1 star review. They refused to post it and never sent me an email explaining anything. It is very dishonest and biased leaving out the bad reviews and unfair to customers. I tried to re-enter the review thinking I messed something up and got a message while on their site that they already have my review. Avoid these guys. They don't appear to be the kind of company someone can trust.

Please visit your local Sportsman's Warehouse & ask to speak to the Store Manager for a Donation Request Form. They definitely get involved with the local communities!
1-800-286-3076 is their toll free number. I don't know of any other way to complain about something. There isn't an email that I'm aware of. I hope this helps. Good luck.
