I went in for an ear wax cleaning and the doctor recommended the flushing technique which is useless and when I told him I already did that he Interrupted me and told me and I quote “well you don’t know how to do it correctly and I will show you how to do it” first nothing happened and when I told him I already tried that he got mad and pressed the water so hard he put a small whole in my ear drum that I had to go to the emergency later because off, and then he told to come back tomorrow and he will try it again for free which I didn’t want to do so I called asking for a refund there respond was and I quote “well he told you to come back again so that if you don’t want to come back we won’t refund you” which is a response off someone that used to doing these activities, I hardly write any reviews but I felt like this might be helpful and I wish that I saw the reviews before me going there. It’s so disappointing that this a place will people would go to pay for health care and get this horrible treatment.

Extremely long wait time for a TB test. Almost 2 hours and was given no estimate when I checked in. Would never have waited that long had I known. Also, there were very few patients. However, the staff were very kind and the doctor was great and efficient. Seemed like they were doing the best they could.

Avoid this place if possible . Go to fairview instead These people working don't care about their job or patients.

Came for a visit. The male nurse with the tattoo on his neck and the purple hair was very rude and did not seem to care about his job. He had a attitude with every comment he made. I will not come back for the simple fact he works there, I will tell others not to go as well.
