I saw a family in the mesa that needed a shelter. This place is helpful for homeless families with children. Good to help in the community.

This is a lovely building for homeless families. There's a nursery built in so parents with babies or toddlers can go to work or whatever else they need to do. I walk past the building several times a week with m dog and the property is always in tip top shape.

yes I love being here did everything they ask but when I made one complaint about the staff, I have been falsely accused of having sometype of water bottle with alcohol beverage in it, I don’t wanna trouble I want justice so it won’t happen to families that depend on them, to me it’s a abused of power and not what the transition house is supposed to be about, they didn’t find anything else against me so they frame me, pro proof I’m received a call yesterday telling me about this blasfemia saying I have to move out be 3 pm yesterday, could not do it I explained because I was in my lab class at sbcc doing computer science, and that I was going to leave school after my last class at 9pm only than I receive a eviction notice and did not say 3 o’clock said by 4 pm on the 26 of September, the later should said I have to leave by 8 am today as they allowed me to stay until today. I have a full time job I’m a full time student plus take care of my daughters, got no time to full around anymore. This outrageous claim to protect the staff not to protect the families, to all donors out there make sure your donations are going to the people is supposed to. Before survey the familes, survey the staff.

The worst of the worse!!! I do not recommend going to ask for help here, this is a prison. They do not help you at all, only according to what they save you ask for what you have to give and if it does not reach you they make you look for another job while others have been working there for months without helping them much more than one who works. Besides, they do not send them to work and they like to be good with the caregivers so they can do what they want. They go into the rooms and even robbery was there and nobody did anything. They open the door when one is taking a bath. Many of them put food in secret and say they have broken many rules but they tell us nothing. You have to bathe in 10 minutes. They sent many families to the street without caring that they are children and that they are left without a home. They do not care if you work, if you have children, that you are educated and especially if you do not miss any rule they throw you out and leave you in the street until they give you a parking lot so that you can sleep with your children there. They are a failure, I do not know what Jasen has with so much money and they do not help anyone. They are a disappointment

No, must go into the office and request and application to be on the waiting list.
Please contact the facility directly.
With chidren, but yes
They usually take donations and have a emergency shelter and help with relocation service, you can call the front office or take it in there on the corner of cota st
They do as long as you have children
You would call the office, go in and fill out an application to be placed on a waiting list which takes approximately 2 weeks before receiving a phone call for ppavement at the shelter.
