There are some fabulous homes for sale but we do not have any rentals. All spaces are owner occupied. But as a suggestion please consider a short term purchase which can be turned over either break even or profit. No one loses here. There's a two year old model available with all the amenities including custom granite counters and flooring with state of the art appliances etc. Good luck. This is a very comfortable environment even if you stay temporarily.

Does the park allow long term rentals or sharing a unit? Thank you

No sorry. even the members are NOT allowed to rent out their homes.
