I was there. there is much corruption amongst the staff who seems to genuinely care, and a poor director of nurses. the things that are said about the woman are true.. the neglect to the residents is abhorrent. they will see this review and claim it is a lie, but this is no place for your parents. or loved ones. i want all to know that all things that you think have been hidden, will be revealed.

Chatham Health & Rehab is a wonderful facility! Amazing workers who truly care for their patients and everyone is so welcoming and friendly!

My mom had been there for over a year now. She is in the mid stages of dementia. It takes a lot of time to comfort and help these patients. They are always kind and never have I seen them not respect her in ever way. She and her room are kept nice and clean. She has three good meals and snacks. In a world of horrible nursing homes this one is one of the best!

Where to start? This facility is a pig with lipstick on it. At first glance it looks clean and very nice. It ends there. The nurses are lazy and verbally abusive. My grandfather broke his hip within his first month there. Then he developed sepsis and is now under hospice care. I truly believe if I hadn't brought hospice on board they would have let him suffer to death. I had to call daily and argue and threaten the management to give him his comfort medicines that were ordered by hospice. And they still wouldn't give them. Hospice was the one who fought the fight to get the meds ordered by their own doctor. This is unacceptable! Fast forward a few months and my grandmother wants to go here to be with him. Within the first month she's fallen 3 times and has two broken bones. The nurses have been verbally abusive and downright rude to her and to me. There are a very few staff who are actually very caring but not enough to make this place safe. I've seriously considered moving my grandfather to a hospice facility and getting my grandmother out. I still might if it can be done fast enough. Run, don't walk away from this trap. I'm not a fan of suing just for the heck of it but they deserve to be sued for the neglect of my loved ones and God knows how many others. I would give them negative stars if that was possible.
