Highway robbery. Literally. While their towing service was timely and great, they charged my insurance company over $3000 to “store” the car while they haggled over payment terms. They definitely know and take advantage of what insurance covers. By not be willing to accept my insurance’s credit card or purchase order to tow the car to a garage they were able to charge them over 30 days of “storage charges” during the haggling process. NEVER let them tow your vehicle to their lot. They will hold your car hostage and charge exorbitant “storage charges” for your car to sit on their lot in rural Virginia.
