You will need to apply to see if you are eligible for anything. You can apply online at commonhelp.virginia.gov or you can come by the agency to pick up a paper application for benefits.
Can you apply for food stamps online or do I have to pick up an application?
Because you have children you're definitely qualify for SNAP. How much will be factored on how much expenses you have such as utilities. etc, etc.. Good luck!!
