Very rude people to deal with regarding towing my totaled vehicle for insurance collection. The lady to schedule my pickup was condescending and rude and even hung up on me after giving me the date for pick up one time. No questions to clarify that I understood. I’d never deal with a company like this for my own needs. They don’t even deserve one star!

They were on top of and fast as well as efficient. Office staff had me in and out in minutes. Loader had the motorcycle out to me quickly. Copart most of the time are terrible. This was a really good experience today.
