So they only take applications without a passport size photo on Wednesdays between 9Am-12PM and that's also the only time they're processed. Also, they only take cashiers check/money order but they don't have it posted anywhere on their website or in the office. Closest place to get one is the post office.

I dislike this government establishment. The people running it decided to close the one social location established for marijuana consumption under threat of tactical police force. The only venue that offered a safe place to consume marijuana outside of a private residence was the club Pot Luck Events. This is the notice they received. The venue didn't provide any marijuana, and it was prohibited to buy or sell, you could bring your own and share. For those who don't drink this was a much needed outlet.

A marijuana handler's card allows you to work in a marijuana establishment. No benefits for purchases of marijuana products. Alaska law only allows a retailer to sell up to an ounce of flower/trim in a single sale.
