Unprofessional lazy rude. Cant comprehend Englsh. Cant answer questions with answers when asked. Make inappropriate comments. Have bad attitudes and come across as disgruntled and not fit for their positions. VERY UNQUALIFIED FOR THE JOB!!

The worst. My daughter is chronic peds and we have no source of income. Were getting denied and they do not answer their phones or emails. The workers there must get paid to do nothing

I am greatly disappointed with this state office. Trying to contact my personal worker has been impossible. I work during their business hours. I do appreciate the licensing department, however. The lady I worked with went above and beyond her job to assist me. I thank her for being available and doing an excellent job.

They never answer there phones and my case worker never responded to any of my emails as my new case worker was never in the office to talk to

Firstly obtain a paternaty test. If you have not adopted and are not the biological Father then you are not responsible for this child. Unfortunately CSSD is a bias agency and immediately treats all men and Fathers as dead beats so may take time to clear up. Be persistent and keep challenging them. It took me a year. And I was the one raising my kids. Took six years before they finally went after the dead beat mom. Theyre a very sexist agency
I dont know if re apply would be the right terminology but will definitely need to update and confirm all information on file
Almost all state offices are closed today, it was mentioned in the email released via nixle. You can also look up state office closures online and it will tell you.
No its not always standard. The only reason they would is to ensure you have received it. To have proof of that for any number of reasons.
If u request a member number u can go to the kids line link on cssd website and it'll give u that info when and what you are owed and the case or cases numbers if more then one absent parent.
Go to the website or the main office
They can look you up with soc
