I get it...the world is short Staff. I understand people call out on Saturdays, I had a appointment 10am they didn't start working on it until 1:30pm. That to me is ridiculous. Time is money and I shouldn't have to pay full price for poor customer service.

Darrell and Jermaine were very helpful and informative. Not their fault, but they seemed understaffed. 4 stars for the rude chick that answered the phone... and for Jermaine having to do 3/4 things at a time for lack of help. Don't know his title but if he's not manager/supervisor, he clearly does the job of one. Be thankful 4 him. Also... there was a dude unloading tires and for some reason he blocked the entrance/exit to do this. Darrell took my car on test drive to make sure service was right. Everyone was professional and approachable once I arrived. I had about a 2 hour wait even though the shop seemed packed. Bathroom was decent and lobby was clean. It was pouring down raining and Darrell ans Jermaine offered to get us out asap! People.... a lot of time it's about your attitude...

Booked an appointment for tire replacement, tires were selected on their website and we added a check for our AC. So far so good, we arrived on time and 3 hours later we left 3 tires (yes 3 tires!!!) and costs for the AC unit checkup without getting the actual diagnostic done (still no idea why its making problems), on top, they included road hazard protection without even asking (fee $42 for 3 tires), which was also not added on their website for the appointment! DONT GO THERE!

Worst experience that I have ever had at an auto repair business. After waiting over three hours to have my tire looked at that was losing air, I was told that it was not repairable and I would have to purchase an extremely overpriced replacement tire. I left and went up the road to another shop, where they repaired it and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. We drove 4 hours back home that day on our tire (that Firestone said was not repairable) without any issues. Steer clear of this place!
