They should definitely update their operating hours. I came on a Saturday morning and they aren’t open. Kinda disappointed because I’ve been looking at this place for a while since I just moved into the neighborhood and they’re the closest florist to me.Sorry you were inconvenienced but our hours are posted on google and on our website. We also have an answering service that answers our phones 24/7. Hope you will visit us again at another time.

I went in paid for a cross that cost $315.00 to be delivered, so I trusted that what I paid for would be equal to the picture on website. What a let down. It was less than 20 roses when it was suppose to be full of roses. Never again. Ask to see exactly what you're getting for your money.We always strive for customer satisfaction! We were not notified that there was any kind of a problem with your order. You ordered a cross ( not by a picture ) and stated you wanted it to be all white of mixed flowers. Paid $275.00 for the cross plus tax and delivery. We made the cross as requested and included both white roses and white spray roses along with other white flowers as you requested. Again we do everything within reason to make customers happy if they let us know in a timely manner that there is a problem. Ken
