Amazing location, selection and especially staff. Jack took me through the intricacies of both gravel/hardtail bikes and some sweet powder skis, exceptionally knowledgeable and chill guy.

Jack and Kevin in the bike shop are knowledgeable, and helped me get my gear sorted for a bikepack trip to Iceland. I love this shop!

Fantastic selection and prices on ski and bike equipment, friendly staff - what's not to like? I've come across some incredible deals here that aren't available online - makes it worth the visit to this awesome, open, welcoming space.

Amazing deals on ski boots! Spencer was super nice and Jack helped me get exactly what I needed for very narrow/high arched feet. Highly recommend Level 9 for ski gear!! They know what they’re doing and really down to earth and helpful. I’m so excited for the season now!

You are required to wear a mask to enter, and all employees I saw wore masks. Not sure about wiping down surfaces though.

Do you guys hot wax skis walk-in, or do you need an appointment? I am coming thru there Wednesday afternoon and wanted to stop by to get my skis waxed before driving out to park city

I think you need to leave your ski there for atleast a few hours. The staff js super helpful though. They might be able to arrange something for you. I left my skis for waxing in the evening and picked them up next morning before heading to the resort.
