I think you need to leave your ski there for atleast a few hours. The staff js super helpful though. They might be able to arrange something for you. I left my skis for waxing in the evening and picked them up next morning before heading to the resort.
Yes, I had my board fully tuned up there. But I had to leave it there for a few days.
