my husband and i went to the pro sale this morning and i’m 39 weeks pregnant (yes, gotta make it to the sale) and i believe the owner was walking around to the pros with water and he kept offering me water to make sure i was hydrated and small gesture - but so kind and the sale itself was really smooth and good energy. thanks for hosting a positive environment!! :)

I've only written reviews for a few places in my life, and it's usually because that place has gone above and beyond in the customer service department. Max and Peter at Milosport S.L.C. went way past above and beyond, they helped me (someone they had never met) with an issue that they had no responsibility for, nothing to gain personally, and with no financial incentive. What they did do was attract a loyal future customer. In a world largley run by online, faceless, and un-personal experiences. I received the treatment that you can't get from an algorithm. I received a very human experience from a brick and mortar shop - staffed with real caring humans concerned more with reputation than profit. From the other reviews on here, I'm not the only person that feels that way, I'm just one. One that felt like they mattered to strangers. Thank you!
