Was sold a kit and one of the parts in the kit was the wrong size. Went back to see if they could swap the parts for the right size and it was a hard no. I even gave the model number the first round and it's all on them that it was the wrong part sold. The only thing offered is for me to buy another part. Now I'm stuck with a part that is of no use to me that I paid for. Very disappointing.

There are 12 models that match this model series. If you look inside the refrigerator section up by the ceiling and by the side wall. This is where the model and serial tag will usually be found. I looked up a model in this series and the adjustable shelf on the refrigerator door we stock. The bottom shelf on the refrigerator door we also stock. The freezer door shelves we don't stock.
Sounds like the pump when out they can order you a new one or send a technician to out to verify and repair
I didn't know which door the refrigerator or freezer so I looked up both and checked to see if we have the bottom door shelf on either door. We do.. The refrigerator door shelf is $39.31 and the freezer door shelf is this amount $33.50 + tax.
