Once and never again. Worst airline, I am even willing to say other than spirit and frontier. Both planes where late and never departed on time. The staff is horrible with no people skills at all. First plane was delayed 6hrs second plane was delayed 2.5hrs for un for seen reasons and never a clear answer to anything. I will pay double to make sure I never use this airline again. Only reason I did in the first place it was the only airline with direct flights to my destination.

Friend is 4:50 pm for them indicates 16 hours. For example, if it were am, they simply detail 4:50, the tickets do not come neither am nor pm only in 24 hours a day if you have a flight at 18:55 it is 6:55 pm
