First class on Delta is well worth the extra charge, especially if u are traveling with an older person! Everyone was very attentive. Each airport is a little different however. Not all airports will treat you the same. Flying into Detroit Metro and no one was there to help with a wheelchair. Took 20 more minutes to get off the plane. Staff was friendly just not available

The testing is in Terminal 3, lower level. In the baggage claim area. Prices vary depending on insurance, etc
