I’ll die before I ever step foot in this shop again. They were weird before covid, acted like kooks during it and got waaay longer than was necessary, and they just get more strange with time. I’ve tried to learn their names and be nice but it’s like the zombie apocalypse in there.

I just left this ups store and both employees were quite rude to every single guest. there was an older man with gray hair that helped me, I was dropping off a phone to be shipped, and I was simply trying to ask him a question about the packing of my package and he kept cutting me off saying “i know what it is” “I see these all day” “we’ll seal it for you” and I said I am just tying to ask you a question and he just looked at me with a mean look on his face. I asked my question and all he said was “it’s fine” and proceeded to call the next customer over before I had even left the counter with my receipt. whoever the manager of this store is, I recommend you have a chat with your employees about customer service and maybe staff more than two people.
