I had the misfortune of my 12 year old refrigerator stopped working when we got back from vacation. It took us a week for a competitor to tell us it couldn't be fixed. I called Martin Applisnce and was told they had the black 25.3 cu. Ft. GE refrigerator in stock. I was elated as no other place that I called had any black refrigerators in stock. We went in to Martin's on 6/16 and by 10:45 am Scott G. was very helpful in making sure the refrigerator would fit and had the necessary Interior with shelves and drawers that I needed. He put us on an emergency list for delivery and installation. To my Great Delight they called Thursday afternoon and said we would have an installation the next day 6/17. The installation staff Elijah and Ray were wonderful. They set everything up and all worked well. I will be buying all my appliances from Martin's.

We can order replacement grates - they are model specific, so if it shipped from factory with cast Iron that is how the replacement will come. We are happy to help any way we can.
Unfortunately they are all on a nationwide backorder right now. We get them in a few at a time and are accepting deposits to get in line but can’t guarantee a time frame.
